Dr. Dastagiri is a scientist and biotechnology innovator recognized for his work in nutrition science and food innovation. He founded D&G Biotech in Andhra Pradesh with the vision of developing science-driven nutrition solutions that combine traditional food systems with modern biotechnology.
Under his leadership, D&G Biotech has developed a wide portfolio of organic foods, superfoods, and nutraceutical ingredients, including millet-based functional foods and plant-based nutritional formulations.
His research work has received national and international recognition, including participation in the NASA Deep Space Food Challenge and collaborations focused on nutrition innovation and public health initiatives.
Dr. Satish Sharma is a techno-commercial professional with over 33 years of cross-functional experience across strategic collaboration, business development, new product development, and manufacturing operations in various engineering industries.
He has held senior leadership roles in leading Indian and multinational organizations including Jabil Circuits/Celetronics, Multiarc/UCT, URI India, and SPI India. Across these roles, he has consistently driven operational efficiency through process optimization, quality systems implementation, capacity enhancement, and system centralization.
In 2011, he founded Xeways Business Solutions with a vision to support SMEs and emerging entrepreneurs as a strategic partner. Through Xeways, he has enabled businesses to scale through global collaborations, supply chain optimization, and structured business expansion.
His work spans multiple domains including food supplements, commodities, cosmetics, and Ayurvedic products, where he actively contributes to new product development, supply chain strategy, and business direction across India and international markets.
Dr. Sharma has been recognized for his leadership with the “Best Employee” award during his tenure as Head of Test Engineering at Jabil Circuits/Celetronics. He holds academic qualifications Bachelor in Science, Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Master in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Management Studies from the reputed institute of india . He is also associated with various national and international professional bodies, including the Enterprise Management Association (EMA), Texas, USA.
